DELIVERY IN 3-7 DAYS

All orders placed weekdays before 1:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.

If your package and/or its contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately at the delivery point.
If your order cannot be shipped in time due to errors etc, we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel your purchase.

Refunds, if applicable, take approximately one week to process. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days to process refunds, which is the maximum processing period as defined by law.

 

NOTICE BY MAIL AND SMS

When your order has shipped from us, you will receive a delivery notice by email with a tracking number. 
On the day that your package arrives at the delivery point, you will receive a text message notifying you that your package has arrived at the delivery point.

NOTE! You must always show valid proof of identification to collect a package.

 

DELIVERY POINTS

Your package will always be delivered to your nearest delivery point. As soon as your package has arrived to your delivery point, you will receive a text message notice. You will need this text message notice and valid proof of identification to collect your package.

You can also use your tracking number to collect your order.

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If the package and/or its contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately at the delivery point.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MADE EASY – 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You have full return and exchange rights for 14 days from receipt of your purchase, provided that you have not used the item you are returning and that it is returned undamaged.

You may, in other words, try on your item to see if it suits you! This return and exchange right does not apply to undergarments or unsealed perfumes/colognes. When we have received your return and confirmed that it is not damaged, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as well as any payment fees.

However, if your order contains items other than the one you returned, we will not refund the payment fees (this is because the payment fees are the same no matter how many items you have ordered).

 

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Of course it is no problem to exchange your item for another garment, size or colour.  To make an exchange, fill out the return form and specify the reason you are sending back your item using codes 1-9. Please specify at the bottom which items you would like instead by entering the item number, name, size and quantity.

EXPRESS EXCHANGES – GET YOUR EXCHANGE EVEN FASTER!

If you’d like to receive your exchange quickly, you can do an express exchange. Complete the return form, specify which items you are returning, and check the “express exchange” box instead of entering information on your exchange.

Then place a new order on the website, and this order will be sent directly to you. When we have received your return, we will refund the amount of your purchase. This will make sure you receive your order fast and easy!

 

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ITEM

Complete the return form and specify the reason you are sending back your item using codes 1-9. Then send the item along with the return form to us. All returns must be packed in bags or boxes. Read more about refunds below.

I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If you discover a defect in an item you have ordered, please contact our customer service at phone number +46 337 206 163 or send an email to info@stayhard.eu as soon as you discover the defect.

Customer service will be happy to help you with reporting. Of course we will cover the costs of return shipping on incorrect deliveries and defective merchandise when you use our return shipping form.

When we have received the merchandise and approved the return, we will reimburse your costs for the item. Your money will be refunded within two weeks (within 30 days by law).

 

REFUNDS

Refund payments for returns, exchanges and defects/incorrect deliveries are handled in different ways depending on how you paid for your products. Please see below for the different payment options:

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD


We will refund the money to your card. If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will restore the balance to your account.
The refund will show up on your account statement within a few days of the date we processed the refund.
It may, depending on your bank’s procedures, even be shown on the date you placed your order.
